Pros: A wonderful host, offering advice on how to best plan your trip and offering 24/7 assistance, while also being very kind and friendly. I have no complaints about the room, and breakfast on the roof terrace with a beautiful view is something wonderful.

Visit to Istanbul
Pros: The staff were wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful and a wonderful dining area. The dormitory was warm and cosy. The beds had curtains. Great location. Tram was closeby. Airport bus was very close all in walking distance.
Cons: I liked everything

Pros: Family run hostel with a great people on reception, all of them are super friendly including women who is making breakfast every morning. I stayed in a mixed dormitory room which was maintained regularly on a daily bases. Location is the best possible, just under the Blue Mosque which make it good spot for exploring this part of Istanbul. This is not a party hostel so the atmosphere here is relatively calm, nice lobby area next to reception where you can rest for a while before going out.
Cons: Dormitory room is very small for 6 people, I stayed out of the main season but lack of space is evident if there are more then 3 persons in a room. At night there are very loud sounds from birds that are probably having nest at the roof and since dorm is somehow located next to a cell leading from the top this sound could be very intense periodically. There were two lockers in total, I would suggest to change the old wooden locker and place a new one with 6 boxes for each guest.

A solid place to stay at, but not for a long time.
Pros: It’s located very close to the main palved to visit in the city in that part of the Istanbul. People were very welcoming and open. The rooftop terrace was very nice and you can go there even in the evenings to spend time there. The breakfast was very Turkish :D They can provide you with extra duvet if needed.
Cons: The stuff was nice, though the person who cooked and served breakfast did not speak English at all. So if you need anything, you need to go to the 1st floor to get administrator and communicate through them. The facilities though do need some refreshments, half of the lamps did not work, ventilation in the bathrooms wasn’t on the best level. The water from shower went all over the place even with the curtain. Some stuff in the shower like rack was a bit rusted. They also give you only 2 towels per person. The breakfast was okay, they give each person a portion of stuff, but seems a bit like waste, for instance I do not like to eat fruits in the morning, but they still provide you with that. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were in individual packaging, which does create waste :( And also only one small rubbish bin in the room.

Pros: The owners and the staff are so nice. It’s a family business so it gives a very welcoming, warm feeling. Great location, close to everything and the included breakfast (table service - yes) is amazing! And the sunrise view every morning as well :-).
Cons: More lights in the room please

Pros: It was a really nice experience. Hotel feels like home with the most caring people in it. Rooms and shower are super clean. Water is hot. The breakfast is amazing and big enough and beautiful view just makes the day better. I booked for 4 nights but my flight was cancelled but they waited for me one day. Really appreciate that
Cons: All is perfect. The only thing the curtains in the room need some maintenance but it didn’t bother stay at all

Pros: The hostel has an excellent location. The staff were always available, incredibly helpful, and very welcoming. Even though the breakfast wasn’t an all-you-can-eat buffet, it offered different Turkish snacks and desserts each day, which made it really enjoyable.
Cons: The only downside was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable for me.
