Pros: 1.The lady at reception was very nice. We were offered breakfast upon our arrival date, upgraded to a better room, and received our room at 8 am free of charge. 2. the staff are helpful, and the view is wonderful. What a lovely stay!

Pros: My second time staying here and it was a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our room which was amazing! The breakfast was really good and the staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend!

Cons: Only 2 small things we noticed which would have changed our rating to 10. There is no ramp at the entrance so it was a little hard to get in and out the building with a pram. And there were some noticeable stains on the bed throw which is for decor so didn’t bother us too much.

Overall the stay was nice

Pros: It is very near to grand bazaar and other shops and the staff were very nice. The housekeeping Maya also did a fantastic job and was a very nice person.

Cons: They are not flexible in terms of check out time and we had to stay out for 8 hours without a room
