Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and truly took care of us . We got a smaller room, and they upgraded us to a better room with no charge. They made sure we were feeling good at all times and followed through our stay.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary room upgrade, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. The upgraded room was beautifully designed, extremely clean, and also featured a stunning view, allowing us to enjoy beautiful scenery and memorable moments.

Pros: Perfect stay in this new hotel well positioned in a central vibrant area, close to everything you may need as a tourist. Very clean and comfortable, special thanks to the staff who was always there to help with all the information about the city/transport/attractions/etc. They are very flexible about the check in time. Highly recommended!

Khai Karakoy is such a cute boutique little hotel. The staff are amazing and so helpful m.

Pros: Location is PRIME. Close to everything and gorgeous area.

Cons: Rooms are a touch too small. But no real issue.

Very good hotel, especially for young people and those who want to explore the city

Pros: Location! Walking distance to Galata tower and Istiklal street, to Galata Port, to Galata bridge. Also a few minutes to tram, bus, ferryboat and metro station. Windows are really sound isolataed, so we slept very well. Staff is professional and helpful.

Cons: Reception should be on the ground floor, Rooms are small, I recomend to pay for upgrade.

A very good place to stay that is centralised to most attractions.

Pros: The hotel is very near the trams and also the ferry station. Walking distance to Galata Tower. The hotel staff, Umut was exceptionally good. Courteous and very helpful. We got a room upgrade and were allowed late check-out. Other hotel staff were also friendly.

Pros: Great locatie, super friendly staff & beautiful design!

Cons: No breakfast option or free coffee/thee machine, room and bed a bit smaller than expected, draining problem with the douche (but quickly fixed by the staff)
