Excellent location, Wholesome breakfast, Friendly and helpful staff that makes us feel like home.

Pros: The location is superb! Short walking distance to Galata, Taksim, train station etc. Excellent view from our room. Wholesome breakfast and of course the friendly team & the cute resident cats that makes Doruk Palas alive. Will definitely come here again if we have the chance.

Excellent

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job with daily room service. Everything felt fresh and well maintained throughout our stay. Not to forget the breakfast was a great spread every morning. The location is perfect, it’s within walking distance to the tramway, making it very convenient to get around the city. Istiklal Street is also just a short walk away, with plenty of great food options and shops. You can find everything you need nearby. One of the best parts was the view. It was absolutely beautiful, you can see several stunning mosques right from your room, which makes the experience even more special. I want to mention Mr Bilal, the receptionist, he was always welcoming with the warmest smile. Not only him but everyone else too. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Pros: The staff stand out: friendly and very helpful. In particular Refik was extremely helpful.

Cons: The only thing that was annoying sometimes was that for some reason a few Ubers seemed unable to find the hotel. Strange.

Pros: We traveled with our adult son. The sea view from our room exceeded all expectations! Magical! The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and healthy, with omelettes available.The staff and the owner were very communicative, accommodating all our requests, and offered advice. We had a wonderful experience! If we come back, we'll definitely stay here!

Perfect for visiting Istanbul

Pros: Location of the hotel is perfect, there is a lot around the area (Galata Tower, Taksim, Karakoy station for ferry, tram, etc). The staff was extremely kind, generous and helpful. The Hotel manager likes to interact with the visitors and always asks if there is anything they could help with. If you need any help with your trip, recommendations, tips… the staff will help you. Breakfast buffet is huge, supplement eggs (omelet, scrambled,…) for free, also free çai and coffee… The hotel is very clean, cleaning service is done every day in the rooms. Room with view is amazing, it has a view on the Bosphorus and the asian side of Istanbul and some mosques. Me and my friend (2 young girls) really enjoyed our stay there and felt very safe. There is also a hairdryer provided in the room. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for our trip.
