Great hotel, great staff, great location

Pros: It’s our second time staying here and tbh it’s our favorite hotel in Istanbul. Everything is very well thought of - rooms are beautiful and clean, breakfast is good, you stay in a very nice district with a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants, close to the famous landmarks and with amazing views. Also the staff is very friendly and nice

Felt like a royalty in this hotel and view was breathtaking from top floor

Pros: This hotel was amazing. The decor was breathtaking and each room had different themes. The hallway and reception was stuning with royal decor and pics of sultans everywhere. I felt like a royalty in my room as it was like a little palace the way it was set up. The view on the top floor in the breakfast room was breathtaking. I could see Galata Tower, Bosphorus and part of Istanbul. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The metro was right next to the hotel. Taksim square and Istiklal street was few minutes walk with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. I was really sad when I left as I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. Nothing special about it and no much variety in my opinion so i only had coffee. The breakfast room was really small but there was an outdoor sitting area.

Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Clean room. Close to the metro and restaurants, also shops nearby.

Cons: Door to the toilet didn’t close completely.

Very conveniently located and comfortable hotel.

Pros: Hotel is very centrally located and right next to the Şişhane metro station on the M2 line which quickly gets you across to Sultanahmet. Our room had an excellent view of the Galata Tower and the rooftop terrace where breakfast was served had a great view over the Golden Horn. The staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful, for example surprising my wife on her birthday with a birthday display in our room. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.

Cons: The hotel is next to a busy intersection so there is a lot of hooting from car horns all day if you leave your windows open for fresh air. However, if you shut the windows it's not an issue.

Great staff and views of the Golden horn in this historic hotel

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone at the reception and also the cleaning staff were very kind to us and helped us with all our requests. It is located very close to Galata tower and metro station, and the vicinity also has lots of good eateries easily accessible by foot. The view of the Golden horn from the rooms and restaurant is also worth it.

Cons: Although the location is great, right next to metro station, the windows are not sound-proof and hence you hear cars honking throughout the night. The breakfast was very disappointing, and we skipped it for couple of days.

Pros: Great view, great location, nice breakfast on the top floor. Cozy and warm and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays

Cons: The toilet door wouldn't close and this created discomfort.

Fantastic place to stay

Pros: Great location, fantastic staff , great breakfast with amazing views across the Bosporus . They even have a resident cat ! Would highly recommend

Cons: Can be a little noisy outside due to central location.
