It exceeded our expectations.

Pros: We were extremely satisfied with the service we received during our stay at your hotel. In particular, the meticulousness and friendly demeanor of housekeeping staff member Yüksek Bey, the attentiveness and hospitality of Zeynep Hanım and Ali Bey in the restaurant, and the helpful and solution-oriented approach of receptionist Yavuz Bey made our stay much more enjoyable. We thank the entire team for their hard work and genuine attention. We hope to see you again.

Pros: This is one of the hotels I've stayed at and I really enjoyed it, both for its location and the view. Even though I booked an economy room, they gave me a room with a view. Thank you.
