Pros: Sezai was very helpful and helped make our stay enjoyable and smooth. Hotel was really good for the price and will definitely stay here again when we return. Comfy beds as well which isn't always the case here in Istanbul. :)

Pros: Very friendly staff and a great location close to shops and Galata Tower. Our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. Sezaya was especially helpful and professional, making our stay even more pleasant. I loved the indoor pool, sauna, relaxation room, and jacuzzi. I also tried their massage and would highly recommend Paula—it was one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced.
