Enjoyable

Pros: Excellent location with a good ambience. Nice contemporary interior. Amenities in the room and bathroom are very good. The hotel has a lovely summer garden for coffee and drinks. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The room and bathroom were dark and lighting insufficient especially for ladies trying to put make up on. Unfortunately the toilet seat was old and chipped. Needs to be replaced. Bedroom curtains did not close fully which was frustrating in the morning.

Exceptional stay in Istanbul

Pros: Located in a great part of Istanbul. Easy to walk around or catch trains. Great restaurants and bar on site. They even served you drinks in your room with a bar trolley coming around in the afternoons

Cons: The interiors are a bit dark and moody including the halls.

Great atmosphere & Perfect Gym

Pros: 10/10 – Gym and Hotel Facilities Exceptionally comfortable and luxurious with a welcoming, open-minded atmosphere. The gym is outstanding—beautifully designed, fully equipped, and very well maintained. Truly the best hotel gym we’ve ever experienced. 9/10 – Breakfast Delicious breakfast with excellent service. I would recommend adding a wider range of international options and improving the protein smoothies for an even better experience.

Cons: There’s no big mirrors in the room, except for the one inside the wardrobe, which is not very helpful and practical.

Very pleasant and satisfying with small items for improvement

Pros: Great location, good design, attentive service, great composition of amenities for the room from teas and coffee’s to shampoo choices and all toiletries, great spa facilities

Cons: Small things: insulation could be better in a busy town, room shutters/curtains do not provide full darkening, restaurant dishes sounded more interesting than they tasted.
