Pros: Murat at the reception was very kind in helping us.

Pros: The staff. Rohullah on reception was there to greet us when we arrived and was still there when we left 4 days later. Rohullah always very friendly and chatty when we passed through reception. We did not need any help but it was reassuring to know he was there to assist if required. The rooms vary in size but ours was quite large. The shower was hot and powerful. Heating was very much appreciated as it was very cold in February. Breakfast had a good choice. Location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel us in the busy area of Taskim with modern shops and restaurants. We are both in our 60s but even for us the walk to the old town and across the river to the Blue Mosque was relatively easy. Rohullah said he would not consider walking and would have used the metro. We prefer walking as you miss a lot otherwise. We did not try the spa.

The laundry/ Room cleaning personal are very profesionnal! Without forgetting the personal at the reception of course!! To names i remember: Rohullah and Murad!! Pros: First of all, the lobby mans are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal. (By walk, 5 mins from metro station and 3 mins from Istiklal). Very clean. There is a kind women who make Gozleme for the breakfast, it tastes like heaven.

Great Place!

Pros: My room was superb with an amazing view, everything was close by and walk distance, and the staff was great, especial thanks to Ruhullah, Irsah and Murat, am definitely going to return to that place!!
