Pros: Owner very kind and nice. We arrived late due to flight delay but it was no problem for him. Room with a view. Small but comfortable enough for two. Good location.
Cons: Just to warn people that they need to do a good few flight of stairs. We had no problem at all.

Pros: The hotel is amazing 10/10. We arrived early and the owner check us in in 10AM in the morning without any additional taxes. The room is in quite street so you are in the hart of the town but it's not noisy at all. So just incredible. Just be careful if you are old person +65 and you can not walk because there is no elevated and also a lot of stares to the room. Another plus is that is super clean, comfortable, close to the center and the owner answer extremely quick when you call or text him. Just perfect place you are not gonna get wrong with it.

Pros: Amazing honest and hard working owner. Great value and short walk to many sites and restaurants. Get recommendations from him cause many tourist traps in area. He went above and beyond to help me when I had to work and with laundry.
Cons: Wifi cut out a bit but only for a few hours first day.

Truly grateful for the chance to stay here. It was a wonderful experience and super convenient!
Pros: Bilal was very thoughtful and kindly waited for us until after midnight, as our flight was delayed. He also assisted with the payment facility, as we had overlooked the payment arrangements. The room was very clean and a good size for the two of us. He provided great tips for exploring Istanbul, which allowed us to experience the city like locals!
Cons: It would be great to consider adding a point-of-sale card terminal in the apartment for added convenience.

Pros: Bilal is a very friendly and helpful host. I can highly recommend the accommodation. Very clean every day, comfortable bed and close to all sightseeings. Teşekkür Bilal for the warm and nice welcome. We would definitely come back here, if we visit Istanbul again.

Great stay
Pros: Super happy about our stay. Exceptionally clean room, quiet at night, comfortable bed so we had a good sleep. Very convenient location, walking distance to the main attractions and tram stop. A lot of places to get food around. The owner was really helpful and easy to reach. Great value for money.

Amazing stay, this place is a real gem in the heart of Sultanahmet!
Pros: Everything. First of all, I have to say that Billy was an amazing host/staff, he is someone who cares about his guests. He helped with everything, such as traveling and places to see, answered quickly if we had any questions, cleaned our room every day and even changed the bedsheets each day! Needless to say, the room was clean and well equipped, including the bathroom, which had a hair dryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo as a plus. The heating in the room was really nice as well, we even had to turn it down, because it warmed up the room so well, even though the temperatures outside were 2-5 degrees Celsius. The location was also perfect, near the Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia and many more attractions within 10-15min walking distance.
Cons: That we only stayed for 4 nights here.

Excellent stay as fall-out base for a daily visit
Pros: Perfect location to visit Istanbul. Our host Bilal was very friendly and ready to answer all our questions and inquiries. Room was well equipped and cleaned every day. One should keep in mind that this is a small authentic building, with no elevator.
Cons: Bed cover was a little bit too small for 2 people, but not a disaster since there was an extra cover in the closet.

A nice and comfortable hotel in center of old city of Istanbul
Pros: Nice hotel in the middle of the old city of Istanbul. Very comfortable to explore this part city. Silent street, with no noise from cars. On each floor 1 room. Vey clean and comfortable rooms. Good beds. The staff is very friendly and provides help with bags and tips. On the room еlectric kettle, AC, heater. The room size is not so big, but for 2 people is enough. Clear small bathroom with shower. Near the hotel, a lot of cafes and restaurants, have 24/7 shops and markets. The hotel provides transfer from/to the airport. The price for the transfer is ok +- same as a taxi.
Cons: For me, it was not a problem, but for some people, stairs can be a problem. But the staff provides help with bags. Need to understand what it is a typical historical building, in the center of the old city of Istanbul
