It is fantastic

Pros: The property is located at conducive area, 3 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia sophia, Tram station and close to grand bazaar and seaside

Cons: Very clean and spacious. The mattress are very good and comfortable

Everything you need for a convenient accommodation

Pros: Located on a walking distance to the main old city attractions, this place met our expectation. Azat waited for us upon arrival, and turned out to be extremely helpful throughout the entire stay. Wifi and parking were available. The bustling city noise was feeling relatively low in the room, thus the sleeping quality ok.

Cons: The quadruple room it is accessible downstairs.

Pros: Azat was a great host and very knowledgeable about the the local area and gave us good advice and tips.

Cons: It felt a bit cramped for a family of four, but for the price was suitable.

Pros: Azat is superb helpful and always checking if we are everything alright. A responsible staff. Thank you for that. Located at the heart of the old city, the Mansion is walkable to the worth visiting places. Very convenient. The room is suitable for 4 persons with reasonable price and I would recommend the stay if you want to explore Istanbul.

Cons: The kitchenware is a bit messy in the drawer and the backyard has rubbish and dusty. It should be clean and tidy up.

Pros: Located at the heart of old city, walkable to major worth visiting places. Very convenient. There's a curtain dividing the beds, making the privacy for a group of 4 people who accommodate. A good facility. We stay at the basement and the A/C function well. Restaurant and supermarket nearby and I would recommend it to explore Istanbul.

Cons: There's a misunderstanding when checking in. The host should explain it's shared kitchen and washing machine when we book the Studio Apartment. But he is quick response to solve it and things settled down finally.

Pros: Very well located, 10 min from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Great Experience

Wonderful

Pros: Mr. Nejati, the apartment owner, was extremely kind and very helpful with everything we needed. The place was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent location close to all the main attractions and public transportation. There’s a beautiful park nearby, and the neighborhood itself is clean, peaceful, and safe. We really enjoyed spending our evenings sitting outside the apartment. I highly recommend staying here!

Pros: Very nice clean accommodation in the city center, a bit busy road but it is part of the atmosphere of the city. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine available. We were there in winter, but it was warm inside. I definitely recommend it, an excellent choice.

Cons: в ванной плесень на потолке, не было мыла для рук, шампуня, геля для душа.
