Pros: The location of this hotel is unbeatable, situated within easy walking distance of a fantastic array of restaurants and shops. Whether you prefer walking, taking the metro, or using taxis, the accessibility is seamless. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. During my stay, I suffered a sudden toothache late at night. The receptionist on duty was incredibly compassionate—she personally arranged a taxi to a nearby pharmacy so I could get medication. The fact that she followed up the next day to check on my recovery really stood out to me. It is rare to find such a caring team that makes you feel so genuinely at home.

Good stay for families.

Pros: The hotel was satisfactory from all points. Their staff are very kind and respectful. Specially Oguz and Oguzhan were so kind and upgraded our room with no requests. They have a sweet cat sitting at the lobby and you can pet her.

Great location, good breakfast, and very kind, helpful staff.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. I chose it because of the good ratings, reasonable price, and its close proximity to the clinic where I had my dental operation. The breakfast was quite good and offered a nice start to the day. What really stood out was the staff’s kindness and support after my operation. They kindly allowed me to use their freezer for cold therapy and were always happy to switch the cooling elements whenever I needed them. Very caring and helpful staff — highly recommended.

Cons: The room was a bit too warm, which made it hard to fall asleep. Aside from that, everything was very good.

Cosy hotel with excellent breakfast!

Pros: Breakfast was out of this world! Ingredients were very fresh and tasty with a wide variety of pastry, jams, cheeses, salads. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nearest metro/bus station only few minutes walk away. There's a Carrefour nearby for groceries

Cons: Location not very central as it's still 30 mins away or so by bus from the usual tourist areas like Sultanahmet. Not many food options nearby but that's more of an area issue than a hotel issue

a lovely place!

Pros: It's a cute budget hotel that I will return to on my next trip to Istanbul for sure. The staff are all very helpful, and the hotel is pretty cozy. The rooms are cute and well designed. Breakfast is nice. The rooms on one side of the hotel in the upper floors like ours have gorgeous views across the entire city - stunning. It's outside the tourist center but only a couple stops of metro away - so you get local feeling (and locally priced restaurants) that are such a joy to escape the tourist traps downtown - yet you can be in the centre of the movida in minutes. There is also a Carrefour supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a Starbucks all one minute walk away. Also a shopping mall 5 mins walk away. Special thanks to hotel staff Elif and Oghuzan for their help during our stay.

Cons: Room service could possibly improve as they did not notice soap and toilet rolls were finished but once I called reception they delivered all in a nanosecond so that was super.
