A highly recommended hotel

Pros: A highly recommended hotel, recently renovated and looking stylish and modern. The stay was comfortable, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the helpful and friendly reception staff, Özgür and Emir, who made the experience even better. I would gladly stay here again

Pros: A big thank you to Mr. Bayram Birnican for everything! Because he is a great person with his customers. I had a problem with a cleaning man who stole from my room but Mr. Bayram was there for a solution. But despite this small incident Mr. Bayram was great! I also thank Suleyman very much for his kindness and his really great service! In the evening at the hotel everything was smooth thanks to him and Kazim I also thank Aylin Kazim and Ozgur very professional and very invested in their work! Thank you to the security team who were also great. Thank you to the whole team! I would come back with pleasure to this hotel ! Sonia ❤️

Cons: The cleaning man who entered my room WITHOUT authorization and he stole but Mr. Bayram took care of it and I thank him for his investment and his professionalism

Short but value for money.

Pros: room was prepared for 3 persons prior to our arrival.

Cons: The lighting on the floors which were not occupied were not on. It showed that not all the floors were in use.

Pros: The days we spent at Sürmeli Hotel were very enjoyable and very nice. All Hotel staff, and Mr. Özgür helped us a lot with their very kind and helpful behavior. Thank you very much.
