Pros: We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and Mustafa truly made our evening special. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire service. His positive energy and warm attitude made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It’s rare to see someone doing their job with such genuine care and enthusiasm. Thank you, Mustafa, for the excellent service – we will definitely be happy to see you again when we come back!

Pros: We stayed at the hotel with my mother and had a really lovely experience. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt very comfortable. The rooms were spotless and smelled wonderful, which made us feel relaxed right away. Ruya was also incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. She kept checking if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome. As a special gesture for my girlfriend and my special day, she even gave us roses. It was such a thoughtful surprise and it really meant a lot to us. We truly left very happy with our stay. Both my mother and I were very satisfied. If we come again, we would definitely choose to stay here again. 🤍

Pros: We were warmly welcomed from the moment we checked in. The breakfast team was especially attentive and caring, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone with complete confidence. I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Ruya in the breakfast area for her kind attention and genuine hospitality.

Pros: Breakfast was not bad but could be better. Bread was not very good. Bread toaster was very very slow. The staff was very kind and efficient

Nice stay

Pros: Very comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. The bed linen was changed daily, which I really appreciated. There is a great restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel was perfect for my recovery after surgery it felt more like a relaxing holiday than a medical stay. Special praise to the hotel manager, who is excellent and truly dedicated she personally checks on guests, visited us during breakfast, and made sure everything was fine and that we had everything we needed.
