If only the hotel close to the City Centre, my staying there would be perfect.

Pros: Peaceful and comfortable. There are some very good eateries within walking distance.

Cons: Quite far from the City Centre and Istanbul Airport. Public transport service can be difficult if one are not familiar with the route.

The next time we would not choose Ibis Istanbul West hotel because it is far away from the city.

Pros: All the receptionists were super nice. Very helpful.

Cons: The girl at the restaurant was NOT friendly at all, she was like we came to eat free of charge in the restaurant. No smile, kind of arrogant, maybe because we were Asians from Germany. Well, I don’t need anyone to loose their job. But she is not cut out to be someone to serve the gustes coming to the restaurant. The room-service girl was far more friendlier than her, even though we spotted her only once on the day of our departure.

Pros: The staff is very helpful, for any question or request they are available to help you, especially Emir. The room has enough space. The location is very good, because there are bus stops nearby. I will choose to stay at the Ibis Istanbul West again

Pros: It’s a clean hotel, the service is excellent and the workers are friendly especially burak and mohammed at the reception. Definitely coming back again

Cons: The location is a bit too far but the taxi service is excellent, which made it easy to get to places.
