Pros: The hotel is neat and clean, which is very important, the staff are friendly and want to help at all times, especially Mrs. Kaya is there to help the guests with everything they need, and thank you once again for the Espresso machine you sent me in the room. I also want to thank Mr. Jakob who took care of the cleanliness of our room. See you again soon.

Pros: It was a nice, quiet and very clean hotel. Staff over there were very friendly and caring. They did their job perfect and for me that was so tired from a long journey they were really positive and fast that get my room and requested services very fast. I want to appreciate Ms. Vesile Keya for all arrangements and Mr. Arda in reception and the nice guy who clean my room that I unfortunately forgot his name and all other staff that I don't have their names.

Pros: Jacob is very good person and always there to help, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean but the location is far from the city and there is nothing interesting around the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle to a few destinations which is an advantage for guests who come without their own transport.

Cons: The surrounding area just outside hotel had building works going on so wasn’t the best view from our room but once completed will be nice.
