5 stars hotel is too much for this hotel, 4 stars it’s fair

Pros: Free of charge early check in , friendly personal at reception, coffee bar & security

Cons: First thing that the sauna was cold , and it’s took over one hour to warm it , second thing that the swimming pool was also cold , the personal who serving sauna & swimming pool doesn’t speak English at all. The cleaning lady cleaned our room only at the third day , because she gone home around 3 pm. Fire alarm signal make a noise twice at same day with no reason.

Pros: everything, staff, room and clean ... it's my second stay after it became Delta and as it was before as courtyard hospitality. We stayed several times for the last 10 years and it's as usual makes me feel at home. it's a Marriot brand.

Absolutely amazing and pleasant.

Pros: This hotel was amazing. Very clean and spacious and staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great. It is far from the central busy area so we would have to catch a taxi everytime. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you

Cons: Quite far from the busy tourist area like Blue Mosque, Galata etc so we spent quite a lot on taxis. Can’t complain about the actual hotel though.

It felt like coming home each evening

Pros: This hotel is really good value for money. Even though they were busy with renovations the facilities were all up and running and the breakfast great.

Cons: Buying anything extra at the Hotel is very expensive but that is the trend in Istanbul at the moment. Buy your beer at the local Carrefour ($3) or be prepared to fork out $8 a pop.

Nice and recommended stay

Pros: The possibility/flexibility of the staff. Excellent choice for the breakfast. Enough choice in the minimarket

Cons: One of the elevators sometimes refused to go up.

Pros: The Hotel is clean, the staff are nice and helpful. The security is exceptional. The breakfast was great.

Cons: I don't like the way the staff in the kitchen chasing people out of the breakfast when is 10am. Management needs to understand that not many people eat early breakfast. I think this should be review from 10AM to 11am because they don't serve lunch. I don't enjoy the breakfast because I have to rush to finish the meal. My friend lost his appetite and went back to the room.
