Genuinely helpful staff and good hotel

Pros: The staff were very helpful and polite. The service they provided was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern. It felt light and airy with beautiful stone utilised throughout. The air conditioning worked perfectly and our accommodation was always a good temperature. There was tea available in the spacious lobby. The menu was basic but the food provided good and enough to satisfy us. The bathroom in our accommodation was also beautifully appointed with polished stone and the facilities worked very well. The beds were comfortable and the room itself was a good size, with high ceiling giving an airy feel. There are some shops and restaurants nearby and the area seemed safe with taxis and buses easily available. English language not widely spoken but good efforts made to communicate via phone translations.

Cons: The hotel itself is very good and there wasn't anything I felt I didn't like. My only negative experiences of this trip occurred outside of the hotel and were beyond their control.

Pros: La limpieza. Habitación cómoda. Cama limpia. Toallas limpias y blancas

Cons: Ubicación. Esta lejos del centro y las distancias son largas. Así que si vas por turismo no es buena opción.

Cons: Единствената забележка е че струята на климатика бе насочена точно срещу леглото/решетката на климатика не позволяваше мобилна регулация/
