Lovely place with stunning view

Pros: Beautiful room and layout Extremely comfy bed Excellent housekeeping - very attentive Beautiful balcony view Good size kitchen and fridge area - practical I got it discounted so great value All the staff were friendly and polite, especially night staff was genuinely friendly Nice clean pool, also brilliant to see a women’s only session twice a week

Cons: The shower was terrible - the pressure was awful and the temp was either too hot or cold WiFi was terrible, literally unusable in room Washing machine was old and make our clothes smell The valet service was slow even if we called 15mins in advance Some of the staff were overly pushy for tips in their mannerisms Weird rule for swimming forcing us to buy shower caps for baby when literally no one was using the pool

Over all I was happy with the stay, but I think you should look at food options for your guests

Pros: I like the kindness of the staff and always willing to help. I like having a cleaner for my apartment everyday. I like that you had everything I needed for my two week stay.

Cons: The WiFi connection wasn’t great in my apartment it kept disconnecting while I was trying to work. I did get very frustrated with it at times. The food options for your guests was very limited, not many options for vegetarians like myself. Also the breakfast options are very limited.

The suites are well equipped with all the neccessary to feel like home: kithchen equipment, stove, washing machine, dish

Pros: We have been there several times and we are very satisfied with the facilities, the cleaning and the behavior of the staff. The staff is very nice and helpful, id like to thank them for helping my father who was in wheelchair.

Pros: Its perfect for family stays, no need to squeeze in one bedroom hotels, here you have your own kitchen, washing machine etc so its 100 times better than hotel stay with hotel comfort everyday cleaning and dity up service is there, you can rent your car and everyday staff park it to the basement for you, perfect location, trully recommended!!
