KA Hotel & Suites

Pros: Great hotel & suites, safe, secure and centrally located. Perfect for lone travellers, couples, families and groups. The accommodation is located a short walk from a number of historical and world heritage sites, bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel and suites are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Our suite was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and linen also provided daily. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Istanbul.

Pros: The best thing, that everything is near by hotel! Also lot of place with food around, and price is lower than near by Sultan AHMET MOSQUE! The staff in hotel very kind, and open to help with any questions!

Cons: The mattress wasn’t comfortable. Mosque and all the restaurants were close (10-15min walk) but need to walk uphill most of the way Didn’t really use the balcony since the view was blocked by buildings but could still see sea

Recommended stay, great staff

Pros: The staff was amazing. Nice and helpful. Specially Emre, he was helpful and kind all our stay, guided us through the town and helped with requests. The room was nice, beds and couch very comfortable. Everything clean.

Cons: We booked an apart room (with kitchenette) that was lacking some items (like not enough plates and glasses for all occupants). We mentioned to the hotel to correct. Other than that it was great.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially one member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who went out of his way to assist us from the first day to the last. He helped with our luggage, provided equipment and dishes for our room, and even helped us find taxis at reasonable prices—truly above and beyond. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I also loved that the room had a fridge, sink, and gas hob, which made it easy to cook when needed. Overall, this hotel is very good value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about this hotel. Everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the clean, comfortable rooms and great location exceeded my expectations. Even the amenities, like the fridge, sink, and gas hob, made our stay very convenient. It really felt like excellent value for money.

Relaxing stay

Pros: Very good location, walking distance to main attractions, lots good restaurants and cafes near by. Staff very friendly, great communication. Apartment comfortable- wish could stay longer.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, but I especially want to mention Emre, who went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to help us out, giving us directions, tips on the best places to eat and visit, and just making sure we had everything we needed. By the end of our stay, he honestly felt more like a friend than just a hotel staff member, even though we only stayed 2 nights. We’re so grateful for all his help and kindness. Thanks to his recommendations, I was able to explore some amazing local spots I wouldn’t have found otherwise! The hotel itself was comfortable, and in a great location, but the outstanding service from Emre really made the experience special. Highly recommend staying here.. you’ll be well taken care of!

Cons: While the room was generally comfortable, it would benefit from some cosmetic improvements. The curtain was loose from the rail, and the lighting was limited.
