New Cherry Hotel

Pros: On arrival, Azat at the reception showed me around and gave me good tips for shops and good food around the area. Many attractions were in walking distance and public transport were easy to reach. I would come back and recommend New Cherry Hotel.

Pros: The position is amazing, you can reach most of the historical monuments in few minutes by walk. However, the best thing is the kindness, availability and the talks we had with Assat, the receptionist. He provided us so many suggestions on what to visit, what to eat in the surrounding area which have been extremely useful. Thank you assat and thank you the management of the new cherry hotel for having contributed to this great experience in istanbul.

Cons: There should be a better cleaning

Comfortable and nice stay

Pros: Bed was comfortable, quiet room, towels and linen were all clean, AC/heating was powerful. Azat the reception staff was very knowledgeable and eager to share useful info about the surroundings.

Cons: Room was quite dated - firstly it’s smaller than general hotel rooms, wooden floorboards were tearing/creaking, toilet shower area leaked a lot and wet the entire toilet floor. While Azat is friendly and informative, he tends to be a little too chatty and long winded and we had to politely end the conversation a few times, if not we’d be hanging around for 15min to listen to him go on. If you are feeling chatty, definitely chat him up!

A snug hotel in a peaceful suburb close to all you need.

Pros: I stayed 1 week at the hotel. I was kindly greeted by Azat who was a real joy and helpful host in the night who spoke good english and was very helpful with offering suggestions of places to see, what to be aware of. He offered to upgrade my room free of charge. He was a great representative of the hotel. The cleaning staff kept my room nice and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Great location close to the hustle and bustle but also in a nice quiet section of Istanbul. Big thanks to Azat and the team. I evem broke my phone and they were very helpful sorting alternative communication.

Cons: A little noisy at times but all in all a pleasant stay. Shower leaked from time to time and air conditioning was a little inconsistent. Otherwise a tidy little hotel for the price.

Pros: Nice clean place in a good location for exploring Istanbul. Close to major attractions, many tourist restaurants and 5 mins walk to the Bosphorous. Wi-fi, tv, private bathroom, kettle and fridge. Staff are attentive and kind.

Cons: Still confused about the prepayment that booking.com takes out of your account when first booking. You have to pay full amount in cash on arrival.

Great!

Pros: Everything was clean and the property close to everything! Great location! Also, the stuffs there were very helpful and supportive especially the receptionist, he tried to help me to find the directions and give me some good recommendations for restaurants! Also, Asgar was so helpful as well!

Cons: The drier was not working and also the TV

Value for money

Pros: It was value for money, the best place to live and roam about, the shopping is very economical here. Eateries are also good nearby. We were in the basement, it was well ventilated room. A bit compact for three , but again very much value for money. We used to spend more time outside from breakfast till dinner. Recommended for customers willing to pay less .

Cons: The only thing felt deficient was their faulty drainage system of wash rooms.

Pros: Nice easy location Nice and comfortable bed however the sheets for the bed were too small for two people

Excellent service, very helpful staff and great location

Pros: Easy access to everything, restaurants 1 min walk grand bazaar 10 min walk everything at your door step. Great staff very helpful booked taxi back to airport at a good rate too.

Great value for money.

Pros: Great value for money. Sparkly clean. Great location!

Cons: Missing some storage for clothing!
