Ottoman Elegance Hotel

Pros: The location is very good, the rooms were cleaned every daya nd the staff was excellent and very helpful.

Cons: The breakfast was limited of choice.

Pros: Apreciate staff comunication. Solve parking. Solve breakfasts. Honest place to stay. I will be back in this place soon. Try it!

Pros: The room is spacious with TV and WiFi, big is big, there is a closet, regular cleaning of the room, lovely hosts, and free street parking. Recommending.

Pros: This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely stay here again. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, located in the authentic Fatih district with great restaurants and delicious food. The hotel is clean, and the hosts are very kind and welcoming. There is always coffee, tea, and lokum available. Thank you!

Great hotel for a great price!

Pros: The reception manager Islam and his colleague were incredibly helpful. Thank you so much. The housekeeping was great, too. I can only recommend staying at the Ottoman Elegance Hotel in Istanbul.

Pros: Great value for money on a 24hr stopover in Istanbul. Great feline receptionist.

Good value in great location.

Pros: Great location with nice restaurants nearby and walking distance to the main sights. Very good value for money. The bed and AC was good and we had a very nice balcony. Friendly staff. Have stayed twice and will stay again.

Cons: The bathroom had a partially defected shower with very little pressure, and the lamp was also partly broken and hung in front of the mirror. There was no large mirror in the bathroom or room.

Pros: We liked the location. The owner was very nice. They offerd us a parking place near to the hotel, for free. The car has safe in big and crowded Istanbul. We had some issues on TV ( some settings), but they solve the problem very fast. The room was clean and confortable.

Lovely place to stay :)

Pros: Everything was very good. For this price I can't complain at all. It was clean, room service came regularly, never ran out of shampoo, soap, clean towels or toilet paper. We had TV with netflix on it and a fridge. A cupboard and safe. Reception guy was super friendly and funny. Always ready to help us. The location was close to many restaurants and lively streets. To get the tram you had to walk steeply upwards which was a challenge for my mom and me with a stroller. But there was a taxi stand nearby and a metro station (Kumkapi) which led you to Sirkeci. There you could either take the tram or walk a route to Sultanahmet through a very alive and fun street and definitely better to walk then to walk to Cemberlitas station. I also had AC which i loved. And hairdryer. And kettle.

Cons: The walls are not soundproof. Our neighbors complained twice by knocking which was annoying since we were not partying but just talking but yeah, we managed.
