Fuat Bey Palace Hotel & Spa

It was a short stay, but it truly captured the spirit and charm of Istanbul for us.

Pros: We had only one night at Fuat Bey Palace, but the experience was excellent. Due to airline changes, we had to modify our dates, and the hotel was very understanding and accommodating. They even upgraded our room category, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is in a historic district, and the building itself is authentic and full of character. It really gives you that true Istanbul atmosphere. Breakfast was good and had everything we needed to start the day. After check-out, they kindly allowed us to leave our bags so we could walk along the waterfront without carrying heavy backpacks. Later, when we returned, we were able to relax in the lobby while waiting for our late flight, which made the day much more comfortable. We definitely recommend this place if you appreciate historic buildings, narrow streets, and a genuine Turkish atmosphere. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

Pros: Ideal location, quiet street but surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance of several attractions. Very clean and friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: Would have liked a slightly bigger shower/bathroom but it was completely usable and cleaned daily.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception staff, particularly Kasim and Canes, were very helpful and professional. The location is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended, especially for first-time visitors to Istanbul.

Pros: Amazing location with amazing staff. The team were very welcoming and accommodating and very helpful. The location was very good saved us getting taxi’s from the centre. Hotel was very nice and felt like we were at home. Me and my family will definitely be coming back.

Pros: Great location. The street was quieter at night. The Manager is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for what I pay.

Pros: The hotel staff was nice and helpful, they booked us cheap taxi to the airport. The breakfast was okay with great coffee. I would also like to mention the view from the hotel, which exceeded our expectations (our room was on the top floor).

Cons: Our room was smaller than we expected it to be, however, when we then looked at the pictures on Booking again, they did not lie to us😄 We just expected it to be bigger, but anyways it was enough. Oh and since our room was on the top floor, we didn't have to set an alarm as the seagulls were making noise on the roof from the early morning. This is not the hotel's fault of course, but I just thought I'd mention it.

Great place for little family.

Pros: Very nice staff. Helped me out and speak with transfer company. It's the best hotel for little family for it's price.

Cons: Please make more power sockets and repair one in room 103, and also consider writing the password for WiFi in the room.

Pros: Service and staff were really good . But bathrooms are very small
