Pros: Mansion was amazing. The staff members of the hotel were amazingly friendly and understanding. The breakfast was also good, 15 m from the mansion. I was with my family, and we stayed very comfortably. The reception was working 24/7, which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Pros: Unbelievably accomodating and considerate staff. We lost a phone upon arrival and they did everything they could to help us track it down (successfully). Indeed, they accompanied us to the police station to translate and stayed up way beyond their official working hours, incredibly kind!! The breakfast which was included consisted of a very generous and tasty Turkish breakfast each morning. On top of that, the room is very clean, cute, and cozy. Highly recommended for your stay in Istanbul!

Nice vacation

Pros: Great location in an authentic little street! The staff very helpful and reactive. They give advice of where to go, what to see. They reserved the taxi from/to the airport, €50, which worked very fine. The breakfast is at a restaurant in the same street and was very good (if you like cheese), only no coffe is included in the price what I found not acceptable for a country with the famous Turkish coffe. We recommend also to have dinner there, you get a reduction if you stay in the hotel. Our apartment was on the ground floor so a little dark as not much light coming in. We would have preferred the upper room but as it was only to sleep it was ok.

Cons: - No coffee included in the breakfast. - The equipment is rather old/rudimental. The shower leaks and evacuation is too slow for the water arriving. The clothesline fell apart when we opened it.

Excellent place with friendly staff.

Pros: Excellent location. Very close to main attractions and walking distance to public transport. Very good breakfast.

Cons: No lift to reach upper floors. But staff helped us with the baggage.

Pros: I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were available 24 hours a day, which made everything more convenient. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The location was great. Only 10 minutes walk into the main attraction areas and close to other parts. The room was clean and taken care of. The breakfast was decent with a mix of cheese, bread, jams and olives and pastry and the staff are lovely. The breakfast is in a separate building down the road but the park view was really nice every morning.

Cons: We had no hot water for the first day just when we needed a shower after a long trip but the staff fixed it and the next day it was fine. The room is very small and once our suitcases were on we didn't have any room for moving about but we weren't in much anyway. I couldn't find any international channels on tv so we didn't use that either
