Great location. Amazing hospitality. Good facilities which could be slightly better.

Pros: The receptionist really did a very good job, as he has to maintain the entire hotel by himself, including cleaning and handling guests at the same time. The location is great, near the sea and near Sultan Ahmed.

Cons: The stairs are all wooden, so if anyone climbed them during the night, everyone must hear, and it could disrupt the sleep. Also the owners are putting a lot of work on the receptionist; I believe this has to change a bit.

Pros: Lovely stay, Mohammed was very helpful. We arrived very early in the morning and were allowed an early check in. Room was very comfortable for me & my 6 year old. Great location for families, cute parks, shops & restaurants nearby.

It met my expectations and I would stay again.

Pros: From the moment I entered, I could feel how hospitable the hosts were. They welcomed me, gave me water and told me about the sights around. The place is in a great location and everything is close by. There are restaurants and shops everywhere. The room was clean and tidy. There was air conditioning and hot water.

Cons: My only complaint is the shower head, which needs replacing. Everything else was great!

Good location for quiet atmosphere

Pros: The location is walkable from the crowded part of Istanbul. And that’s what I like. Quiet atmosphere, relax and calm. Near small park where I could just sit and do nothing. The room is somehow small but enough for me. Heater and hot water works well, the room is clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff. My advice is to provide 2 bottle of water daily to improve the facilities.

Cons: Some equipment in the washtub (inside the bathroom) need to get replaced or repaired.
