Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean, our room was cleaned daily, the breakfast was very good and hygienic. The location is very central and within walking distance of all public transport, and there are airport buses near the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We especially thank Mr. Ali, who helped us with everything. I will choose this hotel again.
Cons: The sound insulation in the room wasn't very good.

Pros: I am from Manchester United Kingdom. Usually I’m very picky about staying somewhere usually when I stay in UK any property I won’t go back because there is something that I don’t like about it however The room was wonderful. Housekeeping was provided every day, the reception was open 24 hours, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and the location was very convenient and easy to get around. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again.
Cons: Breakfast was included in the room price and it was delicious. I have no complaints at all and I am very happy with the service. The staff and reception team were excellent. A special thank you to Ali, who was incredibly helpful. He organised a tour for me at a very good price, arranged affordable internet service so I could stay connected, and even rearranged a better room for me. Everything was wonderful. Every day when I returned, the room was clean and tidy. Five stars for this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’m happy with my choice.
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to Taksim Square—and the breakfast was nice.
Cons: Room cleaning could be improved, and the air circulation was not ideal.

Pros: The hotel is in a very strategic location, just a 10-minute walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Overall, it is a good place to stay. However, on some days the breakfast was cold and not very good, and what disappointed me the most was the noise coming from outside. The windows did not block the noise well, which affected the quality of sleep. If they improve the breakfast and the sound insulation, this would be a very good hotel. I would still consider coming back.
