Pros: It was very kind of them to offer me tea and coffee while I waited for a taxi, and the air conditioning kept the room very warm, so the snow outside didn't bother me at all. Breakfast was designed to be enjoyable for everyone and was very good.

Pros: Very welcoming hosts, very tasty breakfast and good looking inside.

Cons: I don’t know if it was my problem or not but it was like cold air from outside enters between the wall and window .

Pros: Rooms were clean and they cleaned and changed towels everyday. We had 6 rooms, no problems anywhere. Breakfast was alright, there is tea and coffee on tap during the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The wellnes and spa part basically doesn't work currently and hasn't for a long time. To get around on public transport you kind of have to climb a steep route of stairs for a few minutes. It's managable.

Pros: It's great that there's a variety of breakfast options for everyone. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is a great way to park my car. They always parked it for me, which was very kind of them. They also always offered me tea and coffee. I thank them all for their kindness.

Pros: Personnel was very helpfull and friendly. Seyhmus was very kind and helpfull in organizing our stay. Will definitely stay in this hotel next time in Istanbul.

Pros: The rooms were clean. The staff, especially Camal who helped us during our stay, was really kind. Good position for congresses in ICC.

Cons: The breakfast was mostly Turkish, maybe some more continental food may be added.
