Pros: I had a great stay at the Arach Hotel Harbiye in Istanbul! From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. All the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. A special thanks to Amir, who truly stood out for his professionalism, dedication, and kindness. He always went the extra mile to make sure guests were happy — a real credit to the hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The location is perfect — close to the main attractions yet quiet enough for a good rest.

Cons: If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the breakfast, as the selection was quite limited. With a bit more variety, it would be perfect. The rooms Are Not very well cleaned.

Comfortable, clean, excellent

Pros: It was a very beautiful hotel, its location was convenient and it was very, very clean. The staff were cooperative and kind, especially the receptionist Sama🩵, who was very kind. All the services in the place were excellent, and I will visit you again.
