Very good

Pros: Was very spacious, had all the facilities we needed. Staff were always available no matter the time. Location is amazing, just 5 mins walk to Taksim square but on abit of a hill.

Cons: Everything was great except there was no cleaning for the rooms we washed the sheets and towels ourselves.

Pros: very nice and good value for the money free transfer to to taksim square from hotel if driver is available.

Cons: breakfast was ok could be better. cleaning was non existent for apartment asked a few times no one came to clean.

The reviews don't do this place justice. It's actually lovely and I would stay again happily.

Pros: From a warm welcome to an easy checkout absolutely can not fault the staff for their hospitality during our stay. I actually extended my stay because of how accessible and easy it was to be at the apartments. The pool was perfect for me and my children to enjoy and its actually a heated pool. Taksim square was literally a 10 minute walk uphill, which was exhausting but definitely not for those with accessible needs as most of istanbul is like that. Taxis reguraly pass by and to taksim is normally around 80-100tl for a 3 -5 minutes journey which is not bad at all. There is a local shop and restaurant opposite the apartments too which was very convenient and open till 2am. The building is secure and has great accessibility itself. The rooms spacious and layout of the flat was quite modern and apt for everything you need for your stay. Tram is at the top of the street 5-7 minutes uphill.

Cons: I was sceptical about cleaning as it is a self catered apartment they do not come to do that for you. So had to buy my own cleaning products and necessities but having said that, it is what you expect.
