Cons: The room was on the eighth floor and was very comfortable for the first few days, but I noticed during the last three days that dust was coming from the air conditioner or the air filter in the ceiling. I think even after cleaning the room, the dust would still come back after a few hours, which is dangerous, especially for someone who is sensitive to dust or has any respiratory illness. This is very dangerous for these people, even though we don't have any such illnesses, but I felt that it affected me and my child. Therefore, I advise the hotel management to pay close attention to this issue and fix this problem.

Pros: This is a very good hotel Breakfast is excellent Location is 10 min walk from Taksim If you want to go to the center in front of the hotel there is stacioni bus that goes to any location. The hotel staff is very good. Willing to help for taxis, restaurants etc., The brothers working and others at the hotel reception are excellent Bugran, Levent, Turan.

Pros: Magnificent stay in Istanbul, especially for the view we had from our room ❤️. I strongly advise you to book here if you want to be in a quiet area but also full of clubs and places to visit nearby, and also to request transportation to and from the airport, for a stress-free trip, I thank Mr. Levent and Mr. Turo for their availability and kindness, excellent breakfast and above all the delicious Turkish tea. (Ps. Reluctantly reading the reviews on Google you make a question mark whether to book or not, I tell you to book only through real and verified websites and also through certified agencies because those who book from third-party sites risk finding a different room but sold by third parties as the best room) I booked quietly with Booking and I found exactly the room I saw in the photos.

Amazing hotel, perfect area

Pros: An excellent stay, largely thanks to the outstanding personnel. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and any requests we had during our stay were handled quickly and with care. What impressed us most was how proactive the team was, especially Burak and Burğa Kaya, they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was assistance with luggage, local tips, or simply a friendly conversation, the service felt personal and sincere. The personnel are clearly well-trained and take pride in their work, which makes a huge difference. We would happily return because of them alone.

Pros: Hotel is quite clean and has good rooms. I stayed here before and i will stay here again because staffs are really helpful and kind (Burak Kaya and Ilkay from Guest Relations), cleaning service is perfect
