Ottoman Suites by Sera House

Pros: The staff were super friendly and great. Met with the owner as well and they were super helpful as well. Gave us tips on where we should go and visit which are pocket friendly. Lovely stay and the location was great as well. nearby bus and metro available which made our trip even more friendly. And also not to forget the cute cats around which topped it all off. thank you again and would come back when we visit Istanbul again.

Cons: The heater in the room was a bit old, hence it wasn't working that well. and also the bidet in the toilet could be better as the placement of the spray was not great (that could be the manufacturing issue of the toilet bowl). everything else was great!.

Pros: Beautiful old house with a lovely cafe for breakfast. Great location with many buses. Super friendly cats!

Pros: This is a wonderful hotel, fantastic staff, excellent location. Food wis lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel,faultless. Istanbul is wonderful also,. I will return again and stay at this hotel

A delightful place to stay with great character and lovely staff.

Pros: The whole house, including bedrooms, was beautifully furnished in traditional Ottoman style and it felt like a family home rather than a bland anonymous place to pass through. Unlike many larger hotels, it had real character. The owners and staff were all friendly and helpful at all times, answering questions, recommending places to eat and visit and chatting to guests - they seemed genuinely interested in their guests. The cafe that is part of the hotel was lovely - we had wonderful breakfasts there. The location was great and the building was set back from a small road so it felt quiet and private. The neighbourhood was also very interesting - altogether a great place to stay if you want to have more than just the standard tourist experience of Istanbul. And getting to other parts of the city was really easy by metro, ferry or bus.

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel has a charming old-style atmosphere, yet it’s very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The family who runs it is incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the experience feel even more special. The garden is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing — fresh, generous, and full of local flavors. I highly recommend this place, especially for longer stays. For sure I will be back!

Nice hotel for a getaway, short stay

Pros: The hotel is in a nice area. The café is very beautiful and the house as well.

Cons: Overpriced rooms, the staff was distant and not attentive with us. They made us wait 10mins with no explanation. Breakfast was way too simple for the price.

Istanbul vibes

Pros: I loved the atmosphere and the very caring staff, they really looked after us. loved the breakfast and freshly brewed coffee ☕. My wife and love cats and we miss ZubZub the most loveable cat in Istanbul 😺

Pros: Such a Beautiful House. Loved our stay there it was magical. Breakfast was excellent and we had that in their cafe which is in the grounds of the suites. We ate in the cafe mostly and the food was very good. The owners made us very welcome and were kind.

Pros: Beautifull hotel the rooms are beautifully renovated! The owner are very welcoming and ready to help out with anything needed! The hotel is located in a great area in walking distance of spots with excellent view on the Bosphorus. The hotel was very easy accesible by public transport. I enjoyed alot my stay and would warmly recommend it and hapily come back next time! The traditional turkish breakfast in their wo derdull garden was a delight and a plus to the already great stay!!
