Pros: The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful, the breakfast lady was great as well, good and fresh food served daily.

Cons: We got an extra bed which was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel every sprain as the mattress needs to be changed to a new one. The toilet room looks badly used, the basin tap wasn't properly attached to it, toilet bowl was broken. No hangers to hang your clothes so we had to keep everything in our luggage, no hooks or shelves anywhere. The room definitely needs freshening up.

Great budget option - no frills but does the job!

Pros: Fantastic location off İstiklal Street near Taksim Square, room had all the necessary amenities, breakfast included was nice, very friendly staff (shoutout to Mohammed!)

Cons: The condition of the room was a little shabby (e.g. window didn't quite close properly, desk lamp had a frayed wire)

Pros: We traveled from Germany to Istanbul and stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent and one of the best areas to stay in Istanbul. Compared to the price, the hotel is outstanding in every aspect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the environment was very pleasant, and everything was well managed. For the price, you honestly cannot find a better option. Most importantly, all the staff members were really, really good very kind, helpful, and professional. They made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Very nice hotel.

Pros: The location of the hotel was very nice. Taksim square is like 1 minute away. The guys in the reception were very helpful and really make us feel like home. The room was clean and in general it totally worth it for its price. See you soon!!!
