Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Pros: I liked that the property was flexible and there were no issues during my stay. It felt comfortable and private.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was an issue with the water system. The hot water was not working properly, which made the stay less comfortable. I would recommend fixing this problem as soon as possible.

Perfect choice for visiting Istanbul

Pros: We stayed at Nour Suite & Residence for one week and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable short or long stay — the reality fully matches the description. The room is cozy and spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking. The host is kind, welcoming and speaks English well, which made communication easy. The location is also convenient, with Osmanbey metro station just a few minutes' walk away. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Nour Suite & Residence to anyone visiting the city!

Amazing

Pros: The room was exactly as shown in the picture. Good size bed, room it has all staff that you need to prepare food and laundry equipment etc. What lovely staff members, Maher, the receptionist, and Amera, the cleaner , they tried their best to help. Thank you for the hospitality. Definitely, I will book with them again .

Good value for money, excellent service

Pros: The receptionist was a very good man, he helped us to find parking and made sure that our car is safe. He came right away to help us open the door when it got a bit stuck, he saw it on the security cameras and came without us having to ask for help, such a considerate person! The location was really good, near Osmanbey, lots of cute restaurants and shops.

Cons: It was on a noisy street due to lots of scooters driving around but we managed to get sleep and overall, for this price, I would go again if I need a short stay in Istanbul.
