Very comfortable and friendly

Pros: New property, clean and neat. Staff were attentive and excellent, in particular the reception staff Bunjamin and Ozan.

Pros: Very nice hotel, very new, great room and facilities, friendly and attentive staff, would def return if I am in the area

Cons: The area around does not look very pretty but that’s not the hotels fault

Pros: I like hospitality and the way the staff treated me. They were very helpful and had smiling faces.

Cons: The location and view weren’t good because the land next to the hotel was full of rubbish. The hotel is surrounded by buildings, so you don’t get a city or sea view.

A clean and comfortable stay with excellent service from a supportive and attentive staff.

Pros: The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The reception team, especially Emre, were professional, friendly, and consistently checked if we needed any assistance, which made our stay very comfortable.

Cons: The only downside was the location, as it is about a 12 to 15 minute walk to Taksim metro station.

Pros: Great Top Hotel!!!! We enjoyed our stay there for 5 days! The staff is also very helpful, super friendly, ready to help! HUSSAIN was the best of all!!! The breakfast has ererything you need. The hotel is brand new, they provide free water and coffee all day. !Near OSMANBAY metro station and Taxim square, nice area
