Nice abd professional people, comfortable place

Pros: Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service really set it apart. A huge thank you to Miss Fafa for being so helpful and welcoming, she made our stay truly special.! Also mr Selcuk and mr Ali at the reception were so helpful. Highly recommended

Great staff, airy rooms.

Pros: The team was great, very friendly, and extremely professional. Rooms were spacious, and the entrance of the hotel was very welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Sertac, for his hospitality, who made our stay flawless.

Cons: Breakfast could've been better by having more cooked items. My British husband was a bit let down as he struggled to find to eat things. Regardless, breakfast was overall good, I was just expecting a bit better.

Surprising

Pros: Önder Bey, Simge Hanım and guest relations Umut Bey, Yelda Hanım; Kiraz Hanım who works at the bar, Betül Hanım in the restaurant. They are so sweet and cheerful that it is impossible not to love them. The size and comfort of my room was very good.

Cons: It is a place I have stayed for the first time in terms of location, but it is very close to Nişantaşı by foot for those who prefer it.

Pros: Very professional people in the reception during check in and out. Big size room and bathroom.Its clear that the people want to do their best while the are handling a hotel that needs renovation in many details

Cons: 1.Hotel needs renovation in all its details.From charging plug next to bed to curtins in the east side windows as well as bath tabs. 2.Bad quality food in the restaurant during dinner.Overpriced as well.Clear that waiters in the restaurant (dinner time)neeed serious training.

Pros: A well appointed hotel, friendly staff and a good size room.

Cons: Its location was a problem as it was quite a climb to get to the shopping centres. The curtesy bus only operated between 10 am and 6pm. The hot breakfast could have had more variety.
