Highly recommend the hotel

Pros: Rooms were cleaned and nice and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Budget hotel but really enjoyed our stayed there. I forgot my airpods and returned to London. Hotel found my airpods and contacted me to confirm they found the airpods and will be sending them to me to UK. Thanks for your great service and we see you again.

A reasonable and clean 3-star hotel

Pros: The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, tea and coffee are replenished daily, and the breakfast is good.

Cons: The location makes accessing the city centre a bit difficult, as there is a steep slope to reach the station. However, the area feels safe and there are plenty of taxis available near the hotel.

The team was not only professional in their approach but also incredibly helpful every step of the way—nothing was too much trouble, mustafa özhan and sedat really made an effort to make it easier to transport from hotel to the main district

Pros: Accessible for everything like from metro station, shopping center, food stalls, . The staffs are very accommodating especially Mr.Ozhan Huzmeli. He gave us a warm services for the period that we stayed in this hotel. Breakfast is Good .They serve different kind of food that make us full every morning. All in its an amazing experience to stayed in Cumbali Plaza Hotel . Reasonable price + Excellent services = Hasslefree👍👍👍
