Amazing value for money

Pros: Very attentive. Location is very good - close to transportation and walking distance from Taksim yet away from the crowd.

Pros: I had a really nice stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely tried to make everything comfortable for me. At first, I wasn’t happy with my room because of the view, but they kindly upgraded me without charging anything extra, which I really appreciated. Breakfast wasn’t buffet-style — you choose a hot dish from the menu, and they bring it to your table along with a variety of cold items. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d happily stay there again.

Cons: The only thing that bothered me was the air conditioning during the last two days of my stay. It was switched to central control, so I could no longer adjust it myself. Although I asked the staff twice and they lowered the temperature, I still wasn’t able to turn it off completely, which was a bit frustrating.

Hospitality at its best

Pros: Breakfast was typically Turkish one It met my standards Especially the kindest person that works there who is the guy at the breakfast area . Sorry I do not remember his name The location was great next to a mini market food stores and close to the main centre of the city.

Cons: Only few details that they will not keep me of coming back again

Pros: The accommodation was very good with a great family atmosphere. The hotel is located in a quiet side street, yet still very central. The team is extremely attentive to guests and very authentic. I will definitely be back.

Pros: Breakfast served in the room was exceptional. Excellent service! Staff particularly nice and helpful!!!

Pros: We were looking for a decent hotel for a quick NYE weekend in the Beyoglu area. This hotel was in the perfect location (about 10m walk from Taksim and Estiklal street). It was very clean (every day change of sheets, towels...). Also they provided us with a case of water bottles (something not really their responsibility). ALL the staff was super friendly and accomodating including the two Sudanese boys.

Cons: The building is in a very tough area so its not that hard for it to look good. However upon close inspection it probably needs a refresh or paint job. Also the pipes were noisy. However all these are just details. All we wanted was a clean convenient place and that's what we got.

Pros: Huge thank you to Ahmed and Yusuf — these guys really went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Always smiling and ready to assist, they are honestly the nicest hotel employees I’ve ever encountered ❤️ A place with very filling and delicious breakfasts, great location, amazing views, and caring people!

A pleasant and quiet stay close to the center of Istanbul.

Pros: “It is located very close to Taksim Square, just a 10-minute walk away. The cleanliness and the staff’s willingness to assist you are major positives. Additionally, some of the rooms are spacious, with a nice view and an ergonomic mattress that ensures a great night’s sleep. Good service overall, and a commendable effort by the owners for a quality city hotel.

Cons: It is located in an area with several uphill slopes, which makes getting around on foot a bit difficult.The breakfast could have been richer, with more variety, even though it was satisfactory.
