Exceptionally nice staff, great amenities and worth the money

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is definitely quite good for exploring the city as only 5 minutes away is a bus station. Surprisingly it was also quite quiet during the night. We were also able to use the pool and the sauna which was definitely nice after a long day of walking around the town. Mini fridge in the room was also very practical to store some beverages or snacks.

Cons: The rooms do need some cosmetic repairs but nothing too dramatic. The hair dryer is definitely up for an update as it was really small and not enough power to blow dry our hair. There was shower gel for men and women but no shampoo so we had to get our own. Also keep in mind that if you struggle with mobility that this hotel might not be the best fit for you as it is located in a very hilly area with bad sidewalks

Cons: The room is very small. no natural air. pool opens after 11am. Nice to have the pool open at earlier times. Once in a while a middle of the night there was some electrical humming noise coming from a machine somewhere.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay close to main attractions. Value for money

Pros: Great location 5-10 mins walk from Taksim square, F1 Funicular onto T1 with stops near most of the Bazaars and mosques. Close to à very lively area. Comfortable, spacious room with king size bed. The indoor pool was great the water crystal clear. The staff very attentive to any request.

Cons: The cleaning arrangements can be improved

Value for money choice

Pros: Convenient location, 6 minutes' walking distance to Taksim square. Many buses available from the closest bus stop (300m away) and metro line around 700m. Amazing staff (especially Barish and Bark at the reception), very friendly and helpful, willing to offer tips and trips proposals. Various drinks and coffee can be served in the lobby area. Decent breakfast included in price.

Cons: Though not important, swimming pool water should be warmer (and maybe could be resolved, should we asked for it).
