lovely simply

Pros: i like all about the hotel, and they have an amazing lady's hair salon. The nails technician was on leave, and the whole team gathered to help me while they didnt have to. I forgot the name of the hairdresser because its a bit difficult to articulate it but he was amazing and so was all the team there

Great location.

Pros: Great location, nice staff, near to taksim area in a great quite clean side of the square. Good room setup.

Cons: I booked a suite of two rooms but apparently it turned to be two connected rooms, one with same room living area with kitchenette. I did not like that.

Pros: Shout out to a Great Team at the Hotel Barceló. Very professional, attention to detail and friendly customer service. Ramazan from Concierge, Elef & Demitre from Bistro and a gentleman from Housekeeping can't remember his name who serviced our room on 6th floor. Keep up the great work.

Excellent Hotel and Staff - went above and beyond.

Pros: Location is amazing. The staff assisted my wife when she had a knee injury and was so helpful and kind. The staff also assisted with a later check out to assist my wife as she rests her knee. Amazing team

Brilliant hotel for a short visit to the city.

Pros: Great hotel, fantastic location and staff and facilities were also great.

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. If i had a minor complaint id say the breakfast was average.

Really very nice stay

Pros: An excellent hotel with a great location, a superb breakfast, and a professional team. I must give special recognition to the guest relations agent, Busra — thank you! Amasing SPA gold package threatment.

Cons: What I would strongly recommend for improvement is the impolite attitude of some of the waiters during breakfast.

Fantastic, comfortable and great service

Pros: The venue is close to all the areas we worked and needed to visit. Easy access to restaurants, taxis and town. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Extremely good breakfast offer, freshly made every morning. Really appreciate that touch.

Cons: The water tended to leak out of the shower door onto the floor in the bathroom. But I wiped it off and the staff changed the wet floor mat everyday, which helped.

Great stay with excellent staff

Pros: Great location to visit all the major sights. Good transport links. The reception staff and entire team were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons: Bedroom decor looked a little tired but was very spacious and clean.
