Good hotel

Pros: The rooms were nice, renovated and clean. The staff was kind and responsive.

Cons: The breakfast was not good, some of the products were old, they seemed to be prepared several days earlier, and some were even spoiled.

Pros: The staff was responsive, they provided all of our needs almost immediately. They have a shuttle service that takes you to osmanbey or taksim metro station .

Pros: I had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern, offering excellent value for money. The hotel is relatively close to Taksim Square, and this was not an issue at all, as there was a shuttle transfer service included in the price, which made getting around very easy. The heating in the room was excellent, which made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and very polite, always willing to assist with anything we needed. Another big advantage was the availability of parking, which was very convenient since I was traveling by car. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like — everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Pros: My stay at Icon Istanbul Hotel was wonderful. The location is excellent and close to all services, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are respectful, helpful, and provide truly high-quality service. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the quiet atmosphere of the hotel helped me relax after a long day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Dawood for his classy attitude and support throughout my stay.

Wonderful Stay with Friendly Staff and Great Service!

Pros: All the reception team were very friendly, especially Farhad. The housekeeping was amazing! Our room was upgraded free of charge, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The location is about 10 minutes from Taksim Square — I’d recommend taking a taxi. There’s also a fantastic restaurant on the corner of the property — definitely worth trying!

Cons: Breakfast was okay; however, there’s room for improvement, especially when accommodating kids and elderly guests.
