Pros: Exceptional stay from start to finish - beautiful property and hospitality, truly nothing to fault! Received a complimentary room upgrade, staff are warm, welcoming and friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Amazing breakfast - delectable spread of artisan mezze and local specialties, eggs cooked perfectly to order any way you like them… Complimentary tea and cookies/fruit/nuts in the afternoon in the lobby! Location is fantastic - central and surrounded by a trendy neighborhood yet tucked away so very quiet/private. Book a dinner at Nicole too - best fine dining we’ve had in Istanbul!! Rooms are spacious, stylish and immaculately clean with the most plush bed and pillows one could imagine :)

Quiet homely luxury in Istanbul

Pros: The lovely staff really made us feel so at home, especially Nurol and Atilla at reception, and Fuat at the restaurant during breakfast. So attentive, helpful and kind! And so much food! We had a wonderful 4-night stay and the rooms were spacious with enormous bathrooms. There was also a turn-down service and complimentary afternoon tea in the lounge. The location was very convenient - just WhatsApp the hotel with your car license plate number when en route and they can arrange for the security bollards to be lowered so that your car can drive right up to the front door.

A beautifully comfortable stay in an elegant hotel with exceptional service.

Pros: Great location! The hotel sits on a quiet, safe street yet is just a short walk from many restaurants and boutique stores. The building itself is beautifully decorated with a sense of elegance. Our room was spacious and featured an extremely comfortable king-size bed. The front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to assist with our requests and enquiries. The daily breakfast was beautifully presented and a lovely way to start each morning. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff, location and food!

Pros: The staff were superb. The only name I can remember was Faut at breakfast, but all the staff were amazing. The hotel is a calm oasis. We really hope to return soon.
