Pros: Very nice location. In addition, we really appreciated the fact that our room was ready even before the check-in as well as the fact that our request to have a room on an upper floor was accepted.

Cons: The room unfortunately was very noisy during the night.

Great price/value ratio, excellent location and friendly staff.

Pros: Very well equipped room with fully functional kitchen and large fridge. Bathroom was nice and clean. The balcony was also pretty big and had 2 chairs and a table. Very friendly staff, we arrived late and there were no issues at all. The cleaning lady also found a bag we left in the room after check-out when we came back to pick up our luggage from the storage. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul

Cons: The only downside I see is that the pillows could be slightly more comfortable.

Pros: The staff was very attentive, the room was cozy. Hot shower with good pressure.

Great location and very comfortable

Pros: Great location, well-equipped and comfortable place to stay for visiting the city, good access to transport and waterfront. We had a 4th floor room with views across the rooftops and could see the sea, which was nice.

Casa Galata is Awesome!

Pros: Hotel staff were great, rooms clean, great location, the top floor.room with a balcony and view of Istanbul was awesome 👌

Cons: Nothing really, the water didn't work one morning but that was a local thing not a hotel one, the streets are super narrow and we hired a car, drop off pick/pick up was a bit challenging as you block the road! If you arrive by taxi they don't care anyway! If you hire a car, parking is difficult, but there is a pay parking 5 minutes walk away, 750 Lira a day, we hired a car as we were going somewhere else, if you are staying there you don't need a car, everything is on your doorstep, the streets are very steep in places so be reasonably fit, enjoy!

Pros: Apartment is quite new, compact but well equipped, just nice for 3 of us. Friendly staff is a big plus.

Cons: Area is on a slope, so can be challenging if you have mobility issue. Otherwise, Istiklal St is nearby, tramp station Tophane is not far.

Wonderful stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this place. It was clean, spacious and the staff was super helpful and nice.

it's definitely a place we want to stay and return to

Pros: Sürmeli is a receptionist and a very friendly and welcoming person. The room was nicer than in the photos and the view is simply amazing, the best view I've ever had on this side of Istanbul. If we come back, it's definitely a place we want to stay and return to.

Great place to stay, the only downside is the noise from outside

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine and a drying rack. The location is great.

Cons: The noise isolation from the street is very poor. Although the apartment was located in a side street which wasn't too busy, it was still quite noisy during the night or early morning. The apartment was small but it was clear from the description.

Cosy hotel in perfect location

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel. Room was tastefully decorated, very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was ideal for exploring Istanbul.
