Pros: I was so amazed at how perfect everything was. The service and the place were wonderful. It was so hard to believe that we stayed in such a wonderful hotel that we didn't want to leave! You will be so glad you made the choice to stay there. We can't wait to go back!! The most amazing stay!!

Beautiful hotel at best possible location

Pros: Hotel is very beautiful and well managed, rooms are spacious and well decorated with beautiful views, especially from the hotel rooftop. Breakfast is great, real Turkish breakfast experience 😍 I have been in Istanbul many times and this hotel was definitely at the best possible location in Istanbul, you are at main walking street Istiklal (you feel totally safe in the middle of the night and close to shops and restaurants), you are near the metro station, and you are in the middle of all attractions and in walking distance from Taksim, Galata tower and Galata bridge that brings you to old town. I recommend this hotel to everyone 😊

Pros: The perfect location for your vacation. A place easily to get to. At Istiklal street near to metro, tunnel and several monuments.

A very good place, almost perfect but for a couple little things.

Pros: Great location on the famous Istiqlal street, close to the Galata Tower and not far from the seaside and the port. Good breakfast in a restaurant with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Nice room, quite clean and spacious, with a cupboard, which is a great addition for those who have some luggage. Very polite personnel with excellent English.

Cons: The air conditioning was not perfect - the nights were quite cold and the AC did not add much warmth to the room. But this would have been okay if the blanket had not been so thin and almost weightless. It would be a great idea to replace the blankets in the rooms for the winter. Also, no shelves or pegs on the wall next to the entrance meant I had to carry my coat to the room to put it in the cupboard or even throw on the chair, which I was not happy about. These seem to be quite little things but to me, they're important.

Hotel with a view of the beautiful Istanbul.

Pros: The location is excellent. The view from the restaurant is amazing. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day, you have water in the room and everything you need for the morning if you drink coffee or tea. I am very happy with the hotel.

Pros: Everything was perfect and the breakfast was top notch. Will stay again for sure.

Comfortable and Super Nice

Pros: I truly loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfectly organized, and all the facilities I needed were available. The view is absolutely breathtaking (both city and sea view), and it made the experience even more special. The rooms are immaculate, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is excellent: it is close to everything you might want to see or visit on the European side, with lovely cafés, shops, and plenty of places to enjoy yourself just steps away. The staff was super helpful and very nice. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and a great location.

Best Place to have a good vacation

Pros: The view, breakfast, bed comfort.. Overall its a great place to stay

Cons: Hygiene should be taken care. The bath tub was not cleaned well and the toiletries were not removed while check in..

Overall can be better but with the view and convience so far, it’s all good.

Pros: it’s a clean property and convenient to shop around as it’s on the main street of Istiklal. Metro is right in front and the Tunnel tram is at the right side to travel to T1 easily navigate out towards places like Sultanahmet, Gulhane, etc. The housekeeping staff and receptionist area.l really nice and attend to us whenever needed.

Cons: The hotel is up the hilly areas hence if you wish do laundry outside, expect to walk up and down. Transportation wise like taxi or airport transfer are subject to the drivers if they drive to the hotel front because there tends to be road closure, so be prepared to have to walk abit or more depending on how far the driver pick/drop you off. Not sure if it’s accustomed to all hotels in Istanbul to be only be given 1 card for the room because it’s inconvenient when if just 1 person wants to go out and that’s the only card available. no card in the room means no lights, etc.

Best view over Bosphorus

Pros: The hotel has the most beautiful view over Bosphorus and it is at a walking distance from Galata tower, Pera Hotel, Tunnel.
