I WANT SO MUCH TO COME BACK
Pros: One of the best hotels I stayed so far Staff is next level - super friendly, they really embrace the hotel culture and put the customer at the centre Hotel very pretty Super flexible to make the customer happy
Cons: The bed linen could be better - this may be a personal preference, but I didn’t feel I was sleeping in the best sheets ever. Perhaps too picky from me

Highly recommended on all fronts.
Pros: Modern,stylish and comfortable. The room had a particularly good shower. Lots of nice touches like the brickwork, bedside clocks, armchairs even a splash of neon in the room added to the overall vibe.Friendly,informative bright staff. Well positioned for public transport links, restaurants and bars.
Cons: Nothing to complain about really although the bed was a touch on the spongey side for my taste.

Pros: EVERYTHING!!! Great position near shopping street. Restaurants, fast food, clothing, markets, bars. 4minute from Galata tower, 1 minute from metro, 1 min from tunnel tram who takes you downhill to the pier. Free upgrade to a better room, clean, housekeeping everyday, free minibar and water bottles everyday. AMAZING STAF! You will have to fight them if you want to carry your bags because they will not let you otherwise and they are super keen to help you with everything. Highly recommended 😁

Pros: This is exactly what we wanted. A boutique hotel with high quality and extremely helpful staff, a room with personality and a great bed and right in the center of the city.
Cons: The room was a bit warm and the AC was on winter mode, that was all.

Pros: Room with nice aesthetics and all the amenities a guest would need. The staff has been really helpful and we really appreciated the fact that they were flexible in both check in and check out times. We would certainly stay again at this hotel!

I come back again and again! My 4th stay now, perfect for work.
Pros: The location is amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean, they are well decorated and modern. The beds are really comfortable ! The rooftop view is insane !! There's also a small pool and a gym!
Cons: Breakfast choices, sometimes we don't want the whole spread, just a few bits.

Centrally located, amazing Art Deco hotel!
Pros: Ruz Hotel is in a fantastic central location, right near the bars and restaurants where everything is happening, as well as the main street in Taksim with the iconic red tram. It’s also just steps away from the metro and the Tünel, which makes getting around very easy. The location is easily a 10/10. The hotel itself is a lovely Art Deco property. My room was clean, comfortable, and serviced daily, with everything replenished each day. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to the overall stay. The rooftop bar is also a highlight, with beautiful views over the city. Honestly, it’s hard to fault this hotel. They made my stay very enjoyable, and I would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Istanbul.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was fantastic!

Great hotel.
Pros: I love the hotel interior, small but cute. It is my second time staying there. The staff is the best part of this hotel. They were so attentive and helpful. We had also a wheelchair and were always there to help. Eren was amazing, super kind and always with a smile on his face. I love the staff in this hotel and they are the reason why I cam back and will stay again. Ugur was also great last time when I stayed. Great hospitality and customer service.
Cons: The pool could be cleaner. It is not being used.
