Pros: Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also has a great location near the Bosphorus and is very convenient for ferry connections. Also very good value.

Pros: I had an excellent experience . The hotel feels very safe, and the location is really convenient for exploring Istanbul. It was extremely clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Pros: I chose this hotel in Istanbul in the context of a medical treatment, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. Upon our request, they kindly offered us complimentary Turkish coffee every day, a gesture that truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. On the day of our departure, with our flight scheduled for midnight and my health condition not allowing me to walk around the city, I was very grateful that we were given the option to check out much later for a reasonable additional fee. It was a real help that made a big difference in the comfort of our last day. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially to those who are looking for genuine hospitality and understanding from their hosts!

Great stay will come back again

Pros: Great location, takes 45mins from Sabiha airport so do remember that please. But ortakoy is very vibrant and the transportation is very easy from here.

Cons: Try using public transport or share taxi fare if you are a group, for an individual taxis can be costly

Totally worth it

Pros: The staff was very friendly and nice. It was clean and comfy and the location is just perfect.

Pros: The hotel's prime location is a significant advantage, you can easily explore the area on foot.

Cons: There is no elevator, and the hotel is not directly on the main street. If you have a lot of luggage, you will need to walk a bit with it.
