Santra Bosphorus Hotel

Pros: Starting from location, it was the best location you can fin in Ortakoy, very near from the tourist area, meanwhile very quite at night. So location is perfect. The room was clean, everything in place, nothing missing, nice smell of the room and the whole building. Yussein is the front desk guy, he is very nice and welcoming. He can help you and recommend you about what you ask, very polite and helpful. 10/10, thank you Yussein, thank you Santra Hotel.

Extremely good value for money.

Pros: Great small hotel in a very good area in Istanbul. This is my second stay here and I am very happy with the service provided. Personnel speaks English and is welcoming. Highly recommend for a short stay in Istanbul.

Cons: The comment is more for the area and not the hotel - if you are travelling by car you will have difficulties with the parking, but this is inevitable in this area of the city.

Super hotel

Pros: Great hotel! 5 minutes from the Bosphorus. A wonderful receptionist who helped us carry our suitcases to the room. I recommend it and I will be happy to visit it again.

Good value property in a lively area with easy transport links on land or water

Great gem in Ortakoy

Pros: I had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly supportive and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel’s location is perfect, right by a supermarket, the Ortaköy pier, and a bus stop that makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and at ease here. It truly felt like home, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Great place to stay in Istanbul, extremely good value for money place.

Pros: Nice small hotel in a good neighbourhood. The place was very clean and perfectly suitable for a short city break. Personnel extremely helpful as I had to change my travel plan and needed a date change. It was done and I was able to enjoy the stay.

Pros: I had a very good time at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. There is a bakery close by, so breakfast was also no issue at all.

Pros: The receptionist, Hussein, was a very kind and empathetic, welcoming and funny young man. He made our stay in Turkey more enjoyable and he was very helpful with everything. We reviewed the hotel 5 stars because of his kindess and help. You could see that he tried his best making everything perfect.

Cons: The blinds in the room could be a bit thicker, at night you can see the lights from the shops across the street. Also, the windows, even if they were closed fully you could still hear people outside as if they were in the bed with us.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff and good value for money
