Çırağan's Omnia Hotel

Pros: It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Love the decor and the rooms are spacious and cozy with everything you need. The location is great and easy to get to many places and tourist sites around Istanbul. The staff and owner were so helpful and very grateful for their hospitality. I also like the area, lots of restaurants and very walkable.

Very good value for money.

Pros: Self Checkin procedure was super efficient. Communication by WhatsApp was great, even late at night they responded promptly (I had forgotten to as the internet password).

Cons: Really nothing to note on the negatives. Maybe just that stairs to the floors up are steep and tiny, hard for slightly older people and/or carrying luggage up.

Pros: Great location, excellent value for money, large rooms, and breakfast and dining places to be found straight across the street.

Cons: Power cuts triggered some kind of safety light that then stayed on, but putting a towel over it solved the problem. No laundry service. No ironing board or iron.

Pros: Everything was good and we enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. There are many merchants (the bakery next to the hotel even sells gluten-free bread and cafes and restaurants that offer a breakfast). The public transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

Cons: the room was tidy and clean. The staff were present and nice. We have only notice one thing to improvement : add a barrier to the shower cubicle to prevent water from escaping.

Pros: Excellent location nice and quiet and everything you need next door and in front of you. Coffee / breakfast / bakery / food all within metres of the front door of the hotel. A lovely quiet street and only a 5 min walk to the ferry terminal. Will definitely come again and already have been before.

It was a very pleasant stay and the staff was polite and helpful.

Pros: It’s very central. The room is spacious. Amazingly quiet, although it’s so close to the centre.

Cons: Very steep staircase to get to the top floor, won’t be suitable for some people.
