Pros: The hotel was really comfortable and lovely small but super clean and well organised, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I was very happy with my stay and I’ll definitely stay here again next time. The location was perfect!

Exceptionally helpful and kind staff

Pros: The staff were helpful and kind, assisting us in every possible way. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Even though the location is quite central and the building doesn’t have a great soundproofing, the comments about it being very noisy are not accurate. There was only a minimal amount of noise coming from outside which was not disturbing at all.(we were a bit hesitant due to a few previous reviews) Late check out is a good plus. Thanks!

Nice one near Bosphorus Bridge

Pros: Great hotel in the Ortakoy area with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. I stayed here during the Bosphorus Cross-Continental Swim, and the location was perfect — the start area was just a short walk away. Getting to the main sights requires a bus ride, but overall the hotel is very convenient and comfortable.

Cons: The only small inconvenience was that reception is in a different building, but it’s clearly mentioned and easy to reach by phone or WhatsApp
