A heartfelt and memorable stay with stunning views and the warmest hospitality.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for, and their warmth made the stay extra special. The view was breathtaking, waking up to the Bosphorus sight felt like a dream. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had a cozy charm. We also appreciated the little details and the genuine hospitality, which made the experience unforgettable.

Cons: There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like everything exceeded my expectations.

Pros: The hotel's renovation was very well thought out. When choosing it, it is necessary to remember that you are going to the center of events, which you are a part of day and night. The staff was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be happy to return.

Sweeping panoramic views of the Bosphorus from every angle!

Pros: The location and the unique penthouse suite were quite modern while maintaining Istanbul's historic charm. It offered stunning panoramic views of the Bosphorus and Ortakoy Square.

Cons: Due to its central and lively location, there may be some noise late into the night from clubs and restaurants after 2am. I chose this location expecting this, so it wasn't a major issue for me, but it could be a concern for others.

Iconic views, location very convenient for taking ferries.

Pros: Amazing views from our superior room, onto the Ortakoy mosque and the Bosphorus Bridge; they made our stay. Comfortable and beautifully furnished room. Very convenient location for taking ferries, including to the cruise terminal.

Cons: Breakfast buffet was expensive (so we ate elsewhere). The toilet made a loud noise when flushed (like a horn of a departing ship, fittingly enough) and the overhead shower head poured water rather than spaying it.

Amazing! 100% we will be back to this hotel again.

Pros: It is spectacular place and view, and location, and everything:) we’ve been there with my granny, it was my present and surprise for her 85’s birthday. The main thing was her emotions and it was unforgettable.

Cons: Everything was fine, but unfortunately we couldn’t try hotel breakfast because of some event :(
