Beautiful stay and welcoming staffs

Pros: I like it every thing hotel,room, very helpful staff.Very nice place to stay every thing you can rich by walking.Breakfast ledy was so kind to me as I had some allergies she been looking me all my stay there her name is Altin and Zulha . Thanks a lot

Pros: We spent two weeks at the hotel. Excellent location. Staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. Room was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast was very good with a variety from what to choose, including traditional local food.

Cons: Nil to report, however, if we can make a suggestion, some sort of coat/bag hanger on the wall next to the entrance of room. Being Winter we had wet coats/rain jackets/umbrellas/bags.

Great central location for a stay in Istanbul

Pros: Amazing location and friendly welcome. Organised transfers to and from airports which we appreciated. Also water bottles in the room every day.

Cons: No smart TV. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Even a smile would have been nice
